  As  the  body’s  endocrine  and  glandular  systems  are  directly  associated  with  the  chakra  system,  frequency  attunement  balances  these  systems  while  promoting  increased  immune  response  within  the  physical  system.  Perhaps  most  compellingly,  frequency  attunement  increases  one’s  vitality  because  filters  in  the  etheric  body  require  metabolic  energy  to  stabilize,  or  hold,  in  place.  In  other  words,  we  literally  pay  rent  in  the  form  of  overall  daily  energy  availability  to  store  emotional  ‘baggage’  in  the  body’s  etheric  layers,  much  in  the  same  way  we  pay  rent  for  storage  spaces  to  house  belongings  that  we  choose  to  retain  beyond  their  utility  in  our  lives.  A  person  can  clean  house  and  eliminate  the  need  for  paid  storage  by  sending  un-­‐used  or  un-­‐necessary  effects  to  friends,  local  charities,  or  a  landfill.  Likewise,  frequency  attunement  is  a  deliberate  clearing  of  ‘baggage’  from  the  etheric  body,  so  that  a  person’s  inherent  perfection  may  again  alight  the  body-­‐as-­‐home.  Once  these  blockages  are  cleared,  the  energy  used  to  hold  them  is  immediately  available  for  daily  life  flow.       Frequency  attunement  is  non-­‐evasive,  and  can  also  be  used  directly  on  the  body  to  redirect  energy  flow,  release  pain,  tension  and  increase  mobility.  Sound  healing  is  invigoratingly  and  wonderfully  versatile:  it  can  be  used  in  tandem  with  allopathic  treatments  and/or  any  other  energy  modality,  including,  but  not  limited  to:  massage  therapy,  healing  touch  therapy,  crystalline  consciousness  technique,  and  reflexology  and  yoga.  I  regularly  attune  myself,  those  in  my  immediate  family  (including  pets),  the  food  we  prepare  at  home,  the  water  we  drink,  as  well  as  the  physical  space  of  our  home.    ©  2008  Tobie  Saad,  all  rights  reserved;  reproduction  in  part  or  whole  with  permission  only.

Frequency  Attunement  is  an  electromagnetic  wellness  modality  that  uses  the  sounds  created  by  tuning  forks  to  optimize  and  support  health  and  wellness  in  body,  mind  and  the  human  spirit.  

 

House  of  Sonic  Light      Using  Frequency  Attunement  to  Optimize  Health,  Healing  and  Vitality           Frequency  attunement  is  an  energetic  healing  modality  that  can  be  situated  within  a  broad  spectrum  of  well-­‐established,  global  practices  called  sound  healing  and  acoustic  therapies  interchangeably.  Sound  practitioners  intentionally  focus  the  energy  of  sound  frequencies  to  effect  the  eradication  of  dis-­‐ease,  the  reduction  of  pain,  to  clear  emotional  trauma,  to  gently  support  manifestation,  to  deepen  meditation,  strengthen  the  body  and  clear  the  mind.  The  seed  assumption  for  this  energetic  play  is  that  each  and  every  human  is  already  whole  and  perfect—even  in  a  state  of  extreme  emotional  or  physical  dis-­‐ease.  This  state  of  inherent  perfection  is  our  birthright:  nothing  is  ever  broken  and  nothing  ever  needs  fixed.  Yet,  it  is  very  obvious  that  individuals  have  real  issues  such  as  pains,  aches,  emotional  wounds,  frustrated  planning  and  post-­‐traumatic  stress.  How  this  can  be  so,  if  we  are  already  perfect?     What  is  commonly  called  the  blueprint,  or  idealization,  of  our  cellular  identities  is  held  in  our  etheric  subtle  energy  body,  which  extends  about  2-­‐4  inches  out  from  the  surface  of  the  skin.  This  blueprint  is  a  medium  that  contains  all  the  information  about  a  person.  Physically,  DNA  is  the  visceral  manifestation  of  this  hologram  at  the  quantum  level  of  the  human  cell.  Thusly,  our  bodies  exemplify  the  relationship  expressed  in  the  saying,  “As  above,  so  below”  in  the  relationship  between  the  etheric  blueprint  and  cellular  DNA.     Physical  wholeness  and  perfection  is  a  reflection  of  our  inherent  spiritual  perfection.  We  can  say  that  it  is  manifested  —  literally  takes  form  —  in  the  body.  Non-­‐  or  partial  manifestation  of  this  perfection  at  the  cellular  level  can  be  said  to  occur  due  to  blockages  that  filter  the  light  of  one’s  perfect  self.

  Emotions,  for  example,  are  literally  held  in  the  etheric  body,  much  in  the  same  way  that  a  physical  body  stores  toxins  or  a  sponge  holds  water.  It  is  this  holding  that  blocks  optimal  cellular  function,  i.e.  DNA  replication,  within  the  body  itself.  Lowered  immunity  is  one  immediate  consequence.  These  held  emotions  may  be  established  prior  to,  or  during,  any  incarnation  (i.e.  birth  into  physical  form),  as  a  result  of  trauma  or  conflict  (either  chronic  or  occurring  once);  they  may  disappear  quickly  (such  as  in  a  breath)  or  over  a  lifetime;  they  may  also  be  shared  between  generations  of  ancestors,  members  of  one’s  immediate  family  or  within  one’s  community,  tribe  or  clan.  

  In  this  viewpoint,  dis-­‐ease  occurs  above,  in  the  subtle  energy  signature  of  the  body  first  and  manifests  below,  at  the  cellular  level  of  that  same  body,  second.  If  dis-­‐ease  is  extreme  or  carried  for  a  long  time  in  the  etheric  body,  it  has  the  potential  to  ultimately  manifest  at  the  level  of  the  body’s  cells,  in  the  organs  and  systems  associated  with  the  chakra(s)  that  are  in  a  state  of  dis-­‐ease.     DNA  replication  occurs  primarily  as  a  means  to  communicate  to  each  cell  what  type  of  cell  it  is  and  how  its  function  is  to  be  optimized  within  the  physical  system.  Exposure  to  specific  sounds,  such  as  occurs  in  a  frequency  attunement  therapy  session,  increases  light  movement  within  the  body.  Increased  light  movement  optimizes  DNA  functioning,  supporting  the  body’s  diligent  task  of  cellular  replication.  This  support  has  the  potential  to  increase  immunity,  lower  stress,  boost  confidence,  clear  depression,  and  alleviate  chronic  illness.  

Sometimes  Shift  Happens     All  of  consciousness  exists  as  frequencies,  some  of  it  formal,  some  not  and  some  in  between.  On  earth,  all  the  consciousness  we  recognize  as  formal,  such  as  our  body,  clouds  and  tuning  forks,  exists  as  frequency-­‐in-­‐form.  If  a  person  is  experiencing  dis-­‐ease,  cellular  change  will  only  occur  and  be  sustained  at  the  cellular  level  if  and  only  if  the  frequency  causing  the  dis-­‐ease  is  released.  In  the  practice  of  frequency  attunement,  a  frequency  held  in  the  body’s  energy  that  is  not  in  resonance  with  a  person’s  core  is  called  a  distortion;  bundles  of  distortions  are  often  called  ‘baggage’.  In  the  absence  of  distortions,  healthy  bodily  systems  dynamically  

emerge  because  their  blueprints  have  been  re-­‐aligned  with  a  person’s  inherent  perfection  (however  evinced).  In  healing  play  with  the  etheric  body  and  a  person’s  chakra  system,  frequency  attunement  has  the  potential  to  completely  alleviate  any  and  all  ‘baggage’  from  a  person’s  energetic  signature.  Importantly,  healing  occurs  only  if  a  person  is  open  to  change.  Put  another  way,  the  elimination  of  distortions  that  occluded  or  blocked  the  physical  manifestation  of  one’s  inherent  perfection  is  always  a  choice.       The  client’s  intentions  for  the  session  always  guide  the  frequency  attunement:  using  the  ancient  Solfeggio  frequencies,  I  work  with  the  client’s  inner  physician  to  tune  their  bodily  and  non-­‐bodily  chakras.  The  Solfeggio  frequencies  range  from  396  to  852  Hz.  Each  of  the  six  Solfeggio  tuning  forks  corresponds  to  one  of  body’s  first  six  chakras;  all  the  forks  are  used  to  attune  the  crown  chakra,  at  the  top  of  one’s  head.
