Where to Vote?
The polling stations will be open at the following locations:
Conham House– Dance StudioHencliff – Drama Studio
Bickley – FoyerCleeve – Fitness Studio
When to Vote?
The polling stations will be open at the following times:
Before School – 8.15am – 8.35amBreak Time – 11.05am – 11.25amLunch Time – 12.25pm – 13.05pmAfter School – 15.10pm – 15.30pm
They are not open during lesson times.
Who can vote?All students and staff
members.
You can only vote for House Captains for your own House.
There will be two different ballot papers. One for the
male House Captain and the other for the female House
Captain.
How do you vote?• You will need to sign in at the registration desk at the polling station.
• You will be given two separate ballot (voting) papers – (boy and girl elections).
• You fill in the ballot paper by placing a CROSS (X) in each column (example below). You get a 1st and 2nd choice of candidate. Candidate 1st Vote Choice 2nd Vote Choice

How do you vote?
• If you fill in the ballot paper incorrectly, your vote will not be counted.
• Once you have voted, you fold your paper and place in the sealed ballot box.
• The polling station must be a calm/quiet environment. Any person who is not following this will not be able to vote.
