SYSTEM OPERATION

Each Telephone handset shall have a direct connection with a

corresponding telephone at one of the other location

The hotline telephone circuits shall operate on a ring on lift basis.

When a telephone at either end of a circuit is taken off hook, the

corresponding telephone at the other end shall ring. The ringing shall

continue until either the call is answered or the originators handset is

returned on hook.

When the ringing phone is answered, the two parties shall have

immediate two-way voice communication. The termination shall

terminated when either party replaces their handset on hook, the

hotline circuit shall be ready for another call
