Local hotel information There are many hotels available near the Conference venue, so delegates have a good choice. Seven hotels
were contacted (see the following pages for a list of these hotels); information about these hotels can be
obtained via google.com or through other tour web links. Most of the hotels close to the Asia Hotel are in a
convenient commercial area with restaurants, café, bars, shopping malls and banks around. Delegate are
able to take advantage of very accessible transportation from those hotels to the conference venue, either
by walking or 10 minutes by taxi for approximately 10-15RMB one-way.

The special rate
The seven hotels there were contacted offer special rates; however, availability at such special rates is at the
discretion of the hotel. The delegate is therefore recommended to confirm the special rate with hotel when
making the reservation. Since most hotels have a limited time for confirm for reservations with the special rate,
delegates should make their reservation as soon as possible.
