Travel Terms & Conditions

1. Contractual Acceptance of Travel Arrangements and Finalization

1. NTA may accept applications for travel arrangements by e-mail, facsimile, other written notification, and other means of IT communication. To avoid any miscommunication, NTA may not accept applications over the telephone.

2. The travel contracts shall become valid upon NTA’s notification of confirmation of your requests.

2. Payment

1. All prices in this brochure are commissionable, except for the prices indicated in RED (mailing fee, handling fee etc.).

2. The travel fare shall be paid no later than 14 days prior to the first date of the services. When the application is made on or after 14 days prior to the date the service starts, the tour fare shall be paid by a date designated by NTA.

3. Please choose payment category [Applicant (OUR)] when you make a wire payment.4. If the payment is delayed, we may cancel the reserved service.

3. Revision of Travel Service Content

NTA may revise the contents and services (after confirmation of the Travel Contract), for any of the following reasons: natural calamity or disaster, civil unrest, suspensions of services rendered by transport/accommodation facilities, provisions of transportation not based on the original operational plan, government orders, or other circumstances beyond NTA’s control.

4. Change of Tour Fare

NTA shall revise the tour fare when tour operation costs are increased due to one of the reasons mentioned in article 3 above. In this, tour operation costs include cancellation charges, penalties and other expenses for tour services charged for the revision of the contracted content, and we will also apply this to the costs that clients have already paid or bear the obligation to pay. However, in the case of overbooking by the fault of a third party or other similar circumstances that our guests cannot receive proper service even though the suppliers are in duty, this paragraph will not apply.

5. Services Included in the Tour Fare

The expense of transportation fares or charges, accommodation, meals, consumptions taxes, and other service as specified on NTA’s notification of confirmation are included. In principle, refunds will not be made even if clients choose not to use a portion of these service. (Services not mentioned in NTA’s notification of confirmation are not included)

Offline Bookings (When you ask NTA staff)
