The 'Ribbon User Interface' is a task-oriented Graphical UserInterface has been implemented.

The Ribbon commands are organized into tabs that group relatedcommands together for easy access.

User A ccount Control(U A C)! This Software Package can be used by two types of users:

Data Entry User : This user can perform data entry operation like Check in, Checkout, Search, Invoicing & Reporting etc.

Administrator : Admin can perform day to day operation along with Configuringlike Room Update, EditingHotel Profile etc.

Data Entry Password can be enabled from Configure tab. Both Username and Password can be Changed from Configure Tab for Both T ype of

user By Administrator Only.

Error Free Entry!

Validation has been applied inrequired Field to Prevent mismatch orSkipping Required Field or Value.



Checkout Invoice!

Checkout bill is generated as soon as guest checked out entry iscomplete.

Checkout Bill saves in database for Future use.



Check in & Check Out R eport!

Report can be generate for Both Check in &Check out Between Specified date.



R oom A vailability!

Room availability can be checked by date if all Room has beenhired by Guest.

Room confirmation status can be informed if guest enquire so.

Guest who has been Checked in or Checked Out can be Search by

Guest Name/Guest Address/Room No/Check in ,Checkout Date This can be performed by Just few word T yping in Search dialog

Export R eport to Excel, Word, PDF

format. Report can be export in Word/Excel/PDF for Future

references, Calculation & Distribution.

Room T ype hired by No of Guest can be Checked by the PieChartwhich also shows the no of guest currently Checked in.

Monthly Report generation to Determine Monthly Revenuealong with Room T ype wise revenue.

Monthly Check out graph shows the Total Revenue in aParticular Month.

Configuration A ccess!

Hotel profile Screen can access by Admin only who can Make Necessary Change aboutHotel like Service Tax, Discount or Address.

Room can be add or Delete or Alter as Per requirement bu Admin.

User name & password can be Change anytime by Admin.
