Recommendation

• As a hotelier’s point of view, I would contact the concerned customer and ask him what the hotel could do to improve the service and turn it into something positive

• A way to capitalize on potitive impression is to solve main problems which are the size of the room and prices. Such problems are not hard to manage, so it is good to create a online review site and monitor complains by answering to clients

• I would correct negative impression of the hotel by engaging customer and build trust between us.
