Please note that application for accommodation can only be made after a student has paid the Tuition Fee to study in International Medical University.

The hostel Application Form should be submitted via SLIM 45 days before the proposed check in date. Request to change check-in date must be made at lease fourteen (15) days before the proposed check in date. The Accommodation Management reserved the right not to process any late bookings and/or incomplete application forms.

IMPORTANT 1. Applicant must pay rental in advance by semester.

2. Rooms are allocated on first come first serve basis.

3. The Hostel Management will try to accommodate special request wherever possible subject to availability of rooms. However, THE FULLFILLMENT OF SUCH REQUESTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED. Applicants who are unsuccessful in securing their preferred room type will be offered the next best alternative.4. NO REFUNDS are given should a student decides to vacate his/her room before or during the semester.

5. IMU reserves the right to allocate/place students in a mix-gender apartment to maximize occupancy
