On behalf of the Regional Clean Sea Organization (RECSO) and the Conference Committees, it gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the RECSO EnviroSpill 2019 Conference & Exhibition.

RECSO is an oil industry co-operative organization functioning on the concept of "mutual aid". It is a Non-Profit Environmental Organization, which was set up in 1972 by 13 founder members with the objective of maintaining a cleaner and safer environment. The oil companies in the region at that time recognized a need for collective response to major oil pollution incidents and thus came together to achieve a common objective - protecting the Gulf’s resources from oil pollution.

This October, RECSO will be hosting a conference and exhibition which will offer a platform for companies and suppliers to share new technolo-gies. Industry leaders will also showcase their products, knowledge and contribution to the oil spill response initiatives.

The event expects participation from more than 3000 attendees, 100 speakers and 30 exhibiting companies representing more than 20 countries. The conference also includes workshops, which will provide an excellent opportunity for interactive discussions between presenters and delegates on key topics and oil spill preparedness.

Vision

The Regional Clean Sea Organisation (RECSO), is an oil industry co-operative organisation functioning on the concept of "mutual aid". RECSO is a Non-Profit Environmental Organization with genuine objective to accomplish a “Cleaner and Safer Environment”.RECSO was officially set up in 1972 by 13 founder members. RECSO EnviroSpill 2019 provides a dedicated platform for professionals from major industries to discuss, debate and share knowledge, expertise and experience on different technologies in the field of oil spill and environment preservation.

The event will primarily focus on issues pertaining to the cleaner Gulf seas. The event provides a global platform to discuss potential solutions and researches that will highlight current science, management issues and new directions benefiting the industry and region as a whole.

SPONSORSHIP CONTRACT FORM

A) RECSO EnviroSpill requires a 50% deposit on all sponsorships. This deposit must be submitted with the signed Sponsorship Contract in order to secure a sponsorship.

B) Upon receipt of a signed Sponsorship Contract and required deposit, RECSO EnviroSpill will send the sponsor a confirmation notice for the sponsorship agreement. No confirmation will be sent and no sponsorship will be acknowledged or promoted, either in print or on the RECSO EnviroSpill official website, until the sponsor has submitted the Sponsorship Contract and required deposit.

C) The remaining 50% due amount of all RECSO EnviroSpill sponsorships is due 30 days prior to the event. If a participant has contracted a sponsorship within 30 days of the event, full payment is required with submittal of Sponsorship Contract in order to confirm the sponsorship.
