With six hospitals and more than 18,000 employees in its family, Baycare Health System understood the responsibility it held as a leading healthcare provider in the Tampa Bay area. Despite its hospitals having deep roots in their communities, Baycare did not enjoy the kind of awareness that would allow the parent company to better inform the public that it was in capable and caring hands at a Baycare facility. !

The company needed to tell its story. !

Grownman Brand worked closely with Baycare in creating more than 50 heartfelt videos that conveyed the commitment and passion the Baycare family demonstrates each day in making its community a healthier place.
