Hotel operators are going the extra mile to improve the experience of using wireless. Hotel Guests are demanding for faster, more reliable WiFi Service not only in the designated areas.

To enhance the wireless experience, Hotel Operators is upgrading their wireless networks to provide greater speed and better coverage. However, this may mean high set up cost and during the upgrading process business process will be af-fected.

VIP HOTEL ROOM, SUITE & VILLASThere is always a group of privileged and prestigious guest where the Hotel needs to provide exclusive service and pamper them with the best facility and service.

In such special requirement, dedicated wireless access is given to each VIP Room so as to ensure full wireless coverage within the suite or room.

EnGenius had specially devised a solution to help serve this privilege group. EnGenius AP is designed to be discreetly mounted on wall, ceiling or under the working desk so as it will not effect the luxurious interior design and also serve as a physical security from possible user abuse.

EnGenius AP is designed with mounting design provides both ceiling mount and the wall mount ability; likewise, wiring de-

ployment is minimized to one LAN cable to supply all the required power and data transmission. Besides all the bells and whistles content equipped, the product is present with the harmonized looking to fill up the gap in appearance-sensitive indoor settings. Most importantly, mounting design largely secures Hotel’s property by physical touch or unauthorised access.

Due to the different architectural and structure of each Hotel, ensuring wireless signal is reachable in some dead spots post challenges to solution providers. EnGenius have a range of AP designed to cater for different deployment methods so that wireless could cover these dead spots.
