HOSPITAL WARD EQUIPMENT GAS PROBES GCE gas probes are designed to provide a safe method of connecting medical equipment intended to deliver medical gases to patients or to power gas driven medical devices. GCE gas probes are components of various medical devices (e.g pressure regulators, hose assemblies, flowmeters, lung ventilators , anaesthesia workstations, etc ). They form a connection between the supply source and the medical device. Gas and pressure specific connections are required to ensure the intended medical gas is safely delivered to the patient. Numerous country specific standards are available, with 6 different versions to cover all possible requirements.
