ONE DAY CONFERENCE

What does to ‘seek to transform unjust structures of society’ mean to us today?

Following a resolution at our Provincial Synod in 2014 a one day conference is being held to seek to answer this question. The conference will be held at Ockbrook School on Saturday 31st October 2015 commencing at 10.00am. Closing worship will be at 4.00pm. Speak-ers include Br Blair Kesseler from Hall Green United Community Church who will speak on homelessness, Martin Cage from Christian Aid and Danny Smith from Children First in Derby. There will be time to discuss all the top-ics raised and any practical actions we can take forward. Please keep this day free in your diaries for what will be an excellent day. Further information will follow shortly.

WELCOME Today we are delighted t welcome into the fellowship of the church today, Maximus Christopher Newell. We pray that God will bless Maximus and his family as he is baptised today.
