I think there would not be any public schools in Massachusetts if Horace Mann did not exist.
Horace Mann announces the names of 50 teachers from across the country coming to Springfield, Ill., to study our 16th president at Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum. The Fellowships are a team effort by Horace Mann and ALPLM.
