SMS ALERT PANEL (Suitable for Filed Sensors ( Analog / Digital )

01. Unitronics make PLC cum HMI ( V130-33-TR20 – PLC having facilities like Ethernet port &

expansion adaptor as well as to web support, printing options, data logging etc. at any

time , you can enable / disable for any I/O ).

02. PLC display will have provision to select operating ranges of temperature as per sensor

connected ( Eg. 0 to 400 deg.Cel.) entering of LOW & HIGH Set points, Alarm messages,

current Temp. values etc…

03. Temperature Sensors ( 4~20mA) inputs individual channel wise and each input having

one LOW & one HIGH set point and can be enabled /disabled by buttons on PLC display.

04. If particular channel is enabled & its actual temperature goes below the LOW set point

(OR) if its exceeds the HIGH set point, then PLC may give LAMP indication with Alarm.

05. Alarm will turned OFF if either Alarm reset button is pressed (OR) corresponding

channel’s programmable timer’s timer is over.

06. LAMP indication will be turned OFF if corresponding channel is disable (OR) temperature

value come back within normal range.

07. If temperature is within LOW & HIGH range, then PLC will reset the both outputs ( Alarm &

LAMP Indication) for respective channel.

08. As soon as Alarm & LAMP indication turned ON, PLC will give SMS to one group of people (

5nos maximum ) and SMS will contain Channel No. , Actual Temperature, Set Temperature

( LOW / HIGH) .

09. If Alarm & LAMP indication continue to remain ON, for more time ( Programmable timer

timing) & timing of corresponding channel is over, PLC will give SMS alert to second group

of people ( escalation of the condition) SMS will contain Channel No, Actual Temperature,

Set Temp, Programmable timer ONTIME. You can set SMS alert time intervals as per you

required.
