Experienced engineers provide reliability tests, reports and product qualification services for our customers.

Services range from Temperature-electrical characterization, driver board/burn-in board design dynamic static burn-in test to temp cycle, HAST, ESD and latch-up tests.

Failure Analysis Sophisticated equipment with engin

eering support and consultancy services for electrical, chemical, material, surface and micro-analysis, and design debug of new products.

Analysis services are available starting from designs, silicon prototypes to ready product including silicon wafers, silicon dies and package device.
