INGREDIENTS:

• 50 g flour• teaspoon baking soda

• 15 g butter or margarine• 15 dag powdered sugar

• 2 eggs• 15 dag heated and cooled honey

• a pinch of cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:

From the above ingredients knead the dough and place it in a bag or foil. Let it rest for 1 hour or more in the fridge. Then shape dough balls of various sizes and put

them in a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C for about 12–15 minutes. After baked and cooled, biscuits should be kept in a tightly closed

container.

Honey cake

INGREDIENTS:• 500g honey

• 80g oil• 50g sugar• 2 egg yolks

• 2 tablespoons of baking powder• cinnamon

• cloves• a little nutmeg• 80g walnuts• 300g flour

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix sugar and egg yolks. Add spices, liquid honey, oil, roughly chopped walnuts and the mixture of flour and baking soda. Stir everything gently again and pour the mixture into well-greased baking tray. Bake at 180–220°C for 3/4 hour. Put the

cooled cake on the board and sprinkle it with powdered sugar. Then cut the cake into smaller pieces.

Honeymoon marble cakeINGREDIENTS:

● 240g honey● 200g flour

● 100g graham flour ● 180g butter

● 5 eggs● 1dl milk

● 1 baking powder● lemon peel

● 1 vanilla sugar● 1 spoon of cocoa powder

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix butter, honey, eggs, vanilla sugar, lemon peel, ½ dl milk, baking powder and both types of flour. Spread some butter on a baking tray, and sprinkle some fine flour on it. Pour half of

the batter into the baking tray. Add the rest of the milk, cocoa powder and honey into the second half of the batter, and mix with a fork. Bake at 175°C for about an hour.
