The Decision will not be subject to objection. The Decision will close the Big Barren Grazing Allotment located in Ripley County, Missouri, in T. 25 N, R 1 E, sec. 29. Existing structural improvements, such as the gate, fencing, and water developments, will initially remain in place and be maintained and utilized for controlling access or other resource benefits. The improve- ments may be removed in the future if they are not needed. The public will continue to have access to this area. The Big Barren field will be maintained in an open condition with haying, mowing, hand cutting, and herbicide to combat invasive species and meet visual purposes as consistent with 2005 Forest Plan guidance on artificial openlands (p. 2-10) until restoration goals could be completed. The Decision will reau- thorize grazing on the Copenhagen Grazing Allotment located in Oregon County, Missouri, in T. 24 N, R 3 W, sec. 30-31. The Copenhagen Grazing Allotment will be reauthorized for livestock grazing with permits issued for a 10-year peri- od. Monitoring of the allotment will take place annually. Adjustments will be made annually to ensure compliance with the grazing permit and Allotment Management Plan. An annual operat- ing plan will be devel- oped prior to each graz- ing season. ForestThe USDA Forest Service has complet-ed an Environmental Assessment of the SEMO Grazing Allotments Project 42197, issued a Finding of No Significant Impact, and a Decision Notice for allotments on the Eleven Point Ranger District. The Decision will not be subject to objection.The Decision will close the Big Barren Grazing

Allotment located in Ripley County, Missouri, in T. 25 N, R 1 E, sec. 29. Existing structural improvements, such as the gate, fencing, and water developments, will initially remain in place and be maintained and utilized for controlling access or other resource benefits. The improve-ments may be removed in the future if they are not needed. The public will continue to have access to this area. The Big Barren field will be maintained in an open condition with haying, mowing, hand cutting, and herbicide to combat invasive species and meet visual purposes as consistent with 2005 Forest Plan guidance on artificial openlands (p. 2-10) until restoration goals could be completed.The Decision will reau-thorize grazing on the Copenhagen Grazing Allotment located in Oregon County, Missouri, in T. 24 N, R 3 W, sec. 30-31. The Copenhagen Grazing Allotment will be reauthorized for livestock grazing with permits issued for a 10-year peri-od. Allotment grazing will be based on all four pastures with a deferred rotation grazing system.

Grazing will allow 25 Cow/Calf Pairs, May 1 to October 15, for 135.5 Head Months (HMs). The timing and rotation of livestock will be based on range readiness and allowable use standards. All structural improve-ments (gates, fencing and water developments) will remain and be maintained by the permittee.Allotment pastures could be maintained as cool season pastures through mowing, hand cutting, seeding, fertilizing, lim-ing, mechanical treatment and chemical treatment of non-native invasive plants. Monitoring of the allotment will take place annually. Adjustments will be made annually to ensure compliance with the grazing permit and Allotment Management Plan. An annual operat-ing plan will be devel-oped prior to each graz-ing season. Adaptive management principals will be utilized to make adjustments to livestock grazing as needed and outlined in the Allotment Management Plan.Timothy W.
