HOMICIDE $25,000 REWARD 19-003 10/24/19 The San Francisco Police Department has authorized a $25,000 reward for information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) responsible for the murder. On September 18, 2018 at approximately 8:53 PM, Ryan Sacdalan was shot on the corner of 46 th Ave and Moraga St. Mr. Sacdalan was fleeing an altercation when he was shot in the back. Mr. Sacdalan passed away from his injuries at the scene.
