All of DHS could not use that many rounds in 15-20 years. They are parking

money -- using huge amounts of money that they would otherwise lose back to the Treasury, by

spending it on stuff they won't need for several years; during those years, they then take the money

they would have spent on bullets, and use it for other stuff. AUDIT ! IG !

@janchup: Hollow points ammo are banned under the geneva convention but the cabal in control of

america does not even follow the constitution let alone the geneva convention, looks like the elites want

us to feel the pain before dying.

such ammo but hollowpoints did not exist then. The term dumdum was used in

that convention and has been applied to more modern ammunition. Additionally the prohibition is on

know why HS thinks they need so much ammo. Of course, they have been buying up firearms and

arming local police with military style weapons lately.

450 million bullets sounds like a mountain. Now if Homeland security has 100,000 guns this is only 450

bullets per gun. If the purchase is over 5 years that would be about 50 bullets a year - the number you

would expect to be used in target practice.

It all depends on the number of guns - which is missing from the story.
