Fatal Errors- Loan can not be submitted until missing information is updated.• Update FannieMae DU Case File • Rerun Desktop Underwriter• Retrieve updated Casefile ID on initially submission page in HIP

• Example- Missing Subject Property Address

Warnings- Loan can be submitted, however loan information must be updated prior to purchasing• Example- Missing dependent Age
