Aurora is a cybersecurity services and solutions provider working with mid to large enterprise customers nationwide with ever growing cybersecurity needs. The exponential growth in cybersecurity has kept us busy and we’re seeking an outstanding marketer to play a vital role on our team as a Marketing Coordinator. This individual will take the lead on our demand generation strategies, programs, designing multi-touch demand generation programs that leverage both inbound and outbound tactics.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, include, but not limited to, the following:

Description: Responsible for the execution and coordination of Aurora’s marketing efforts.

Oversees Aurora’s various marketing efforts from both a strategic and tactical standpoint Works closely with VP of Marketing to develop quarterly marketing plans/strategies Coordinate and execute various demand generation campaigns with the goal of developing new

business, retaining current customers, and fostering partner/vendor relationships within our channel Responsible for webmaster duties pertaining to creating/editing/maintaining Aurora’s web site Responsible for managing Aurora’s online presence and public relations through various social media

outlets Responsible for the technical aspects of marketing including the utilization of online tools and local

software Responsible for the production, distribution, and safekeeping of all Aurora marketing collateral, both

physical and digital Coordinates events/tradeshows/conferences from a strategic and logistical standpoint Supports Sales and Engineering departments with miscellaneous marketing-related tasks Forecast, measure, analyze and report on campaign performance and the impact of marketing

activities on the sales pipeline, revenue, opportunities, etc.

Present forecasts, measurement and analysis to VP of marketing and based on results, optimize over time

Manage all social media posts, outreach, etc.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in business, communications, marketing Strong work ethic, good sense of humor, and a willingness to teach and learn 2+ years of B2B demand generation programs targeting mid-market and enterprise clients 2+ years of experience with marketing programs such as webinars, emails, nurture campaigns, PPC,

and content development A team Player and a go-getter with great communication skills Ability to handle multiple projects while meeting budgets and deadlines Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to

audience, whether verbal or written Flexible and adaptable self-starter with strong relationship-building skills Must have a passion for your work and an ability to apply that passion to both daily tasks and larger

projects Collaborative and team-oriented attitude Effective problem-solving capabilities Takes initiative and approaches all tasks and projects proactively Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with little to no supervision Intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability and positive approach Requires the ability to work independently with substantial latitude for action and decision while

maintaining focus on achieving optimal outcomes as part of a collaborative development effort
