According to an annual survey of 359 professionally staged homes conducted by the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), the homes surveyed remained on the market for only 26 days, on average, before receiving an offer. RESA carried out a similar survey of 89 unstaged homes listed on the market for over 160 days. After the homes were staged, the properties sold in an average of 32 days.
