Remedies for toothache Stir a teaspoon of salt into a glass of warm water and rinse
for up to 30 seconds before you spit it out. Salt water cleanses the area around the tooth and draws out some of the fluid that causes swelling. Repeat this treatment as often as needed.
peppermint tea has a nice flavor and some numbing power. Put 1 teaspoon dried peppermint leaves in 1 cup boiling water and steep for 20 minutes. After the tea cools, swish it around in your mouth, then spit it out or swallow. Repeat as often as needed.
Home remedies for sore throat To help relieve the pain, apply a warm
heating pad or compress to your throat. Eat an ice pop. The cold will help numb
and soothe your throat. Or gargle with saltwater. Saltwater can
help relieve a sore throat too. It can also help clear your nasal passages when you have a cold.
Remedies for hiccups Drink salt with water. Curing Hiccups by Breathing and
Swallowing Get a pencil and bite down on it. It
should be sitting horizontally between your teeth. Then, drink a glass of water with the pencil still in your mouth.
Suck on a lemon.
Home remedies for bruises #5 Apply ice as soon as possible. If you
cool the blood vessels around the bruised area, less blood will leak out into the surrounding tissue.
Vinegar mixed with warm water will help the healing process. Vinegar increases blood flow near the skin’s surface, so it may help dissipate the blood that has pooled in the bruise area.
Remedies for oily skin #6 Try this almond honey scrub: Mix a small
amount of almond meal (ground almonds) with honey. Then gently massage (don't scrub) the paste onto your skin with a hot washcloth.
Pull your hair back. It's best to keep hair away from the face if you are having issues with your skin. Often oily hair and oily skin go together
