With its focus on prevention of environment pollution, SAS Steel will shortly implement the first ever smoke treatment plant in the steel industry of Bangladesh. The treatment plant is designed to filter dust particles from smoke through water spray in an air tight concrete built cyclone before it is emitted into the air through a long chimney.
We adhere to a Waste Minimization Policy and our waste of scrap metal is conveniently sent to billet manufacturing units to be re-cycled into steel again.

The SAS X BAR 500+ Safety Assurance. Earthquake Resistant.
Superior fatigue properties make them suitable for Dynamic/Seismic Loading.
Corrosion Resistant
Owing to the TMT process, the hardened outer casing forms a protective suit, which prevents further corrosion, whereas, in normal CTD bars, the initial layer falls off during the twisting. Moreover, unlike CTD bars, in TMT bars internal stress corrosions are totally absent.
Heat Resistant SAS X BAR 500+ are easily resistant to fire hazards, as there is no loss of strength even up to 500°C temperature.
