We’re Grateful She will always be Big Momma. We are so grateful to know that her fight and battle has already been won. There wasn’t anything she wouldn’t do. When we brought other kids home from far away. She took them in and love them too. Big Momma didn’t care at all what it took, she did it. The most of all, she said to God and family “This is what I do.” She showed us how to love and care. Big Momma we will meet you there.

Obituary

Gladis Aden Kimble was born on September 30, 1944 in Pearson, Georgia. She was referred to as Big Ma. She raised her 6 kids, grandkids and neighborhood children.

She was called home on April 18,2019 to be with the Lord whom she always served. She was preceded in death by one daughter Angela Thomas Millerand six brothers, two sisters.

She leaves to cherish her memories: five children: Becky (Willie) Johnson, Elizabeth Rolle, June (Tony) Wesley, Kenny Kimble, and Marcus(Shannon) Thomas. Like-a-son: Kenny Lock. Nineteen grandchildren, and thirty great-grandchildren.
