Ślesin is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Konin County, Greater

Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. Its seat is the town of Ślesin, which lies

approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) north of Konin and 95 km (59 mi) east of the

regional capital Poznań. The gmina covers an area of 145.69 square kilometres

(56.3 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 13,446 (out of which the

population of Ślesin amounts to 3,102, and the population of the rural part of the

gmina is 10,344).

Ślesin is a small town located near the lake and forest. In the city there are shops

and market and bus station in the center.

House is situated near the church of about 2km.

The house was built in 1984 and modernized in 1992. The building is

insulated with new windows. There are restored hardwood floors.

On the ground floor is the kitchen, dining room, TV lounge, fireplace lounge,

hallway and bathroom.

On the first floor are four bedrooms and a bathroom with tub.

In the basement there is a garage, boiler room and a laundry room, and

sauna with shower.

Heating system is on oil, is also a fireplace connected to radiators

throughout the house.
