Bookkeeper requests money in family scrip accounts monthly for any unpaid tuition balance. When your tuition is paid up, money accumulates in your scrip account for the next year’s tuition.

If you have a discrepancy between what you believe should be on a scrip card and the amount the retail clerk tells you is on the scrip card, make sure you get the card back from the clerk to verify the card balance yourself by phone or online.

Retailers can tell you the amount, date, time and location your card was redeemed.

Call the scrip office with the card information if you would like help with the tracking process.

Errors happen although rare. Most people forget to update the balance on a partial card.

PrestoPay uses the same Automated Clearing House (ACH) process used for billions of transactions every year, including payroll direct deposit and Social Security. Special order physical cards purchased without PrestoPay will need to have your physical check in the Darboy Scrip office before the order can be released for shipping. Your order will then ship with the next regularly placed weekly order.

Electronic Card with Smart Phone

Some retailers have chosen the option to offer E-cards.

Generally labeled as ScripNow, E-cards have a few form factors of their own.

With a Smart phone, purchasing and using scrip can be done at the store. Log into myscripwallet.com, order scrip, have clerk scan e-card’s barcode displayed on the smart phone’s screen.

Electronic Card without Smart Phone

• No access to a smart phone, use shopwithscrip.com website to place an order for an E-card.

• Within minutes, you will receive an email with a link to your E-Card which you can then print and take to the store. Store clerk scans the barcode for payment.

• Online shopping, enter the payment access code directly into the retailers website as payment. All from the comfort of your home (or wherever you and the computer are located with Internet access.)

Forgot to send a gift, you can send a ScripNow e-card through the shopwithscrip.com website as an e-mail.

Reloadable Card

Some retailers offer the option to reload your physical scrip card.

These will have the letters RL, for reload, in the total column on our order form.

Individual retailers choose the following:• minimum reloadable dollar amount• dollar increments between the minimum and maximum dollar

amount• maximum reloadable dollar amount

For example:If the retailer’s minimum reloadable dollar amount is $10 and the maximum reloadable dollar amount is $500 and it has a $10 dollar increment, you can order $10, $20, $30, $40….$500.

To enable reloading, register your scrip card at either shopwithscrip.com or myscripwallet.com.

MyScripWallet can be used to purchase ScripNow for retailers listed on the order form with a small SN in the total column while you are in the store.
