WHO CAN ENROL?Anyone aged 15 and over can enrol. There are no prerequisites unless stated in the course descriptor.

WHEN TO ENROLEarly enrolment is advisable to avoid disappointment. Enrolments close when classes are filled.All Online courses start the third Wednesday of every month

CONFIRMATIONAll enrolments are successful upon receipt of enrolment form and payment. Students will be notified by email. A confirmation letter must be with you at all times when on institute property.

VERIFICATION OF ENROLMENT - ONLINE COURSESEvery third Wednesday of each month, all enrolments will have been verified to ensure students have paid and have access to the course.

ENROLMENT CONCESSIONSConcession cards must be produced at time of enrolment to receive a discount. No concessions apply to courses valued $140 or less, accredited programs, online courses or courses conducted by the Australian Bar School. A 10% discount applies to all valid concessions.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYSThere are no classes on public holidays.

REFUNDS AND TRANSFERSA full refund will be issued if the course is cancelled. Written applications for refunds & transfers will be accepted within

5 clear working days before the course is due to start. A $50 handling fee will apply. No refunds or transfers will be valid once the course has commenced.

CAR PARKINGCar parking facilities are available for students at Institute locations. Parking spaces are limited; it is advisable to allow for plenty of time in order to arrive on time for classes. $2 daily fee applies.

CERTIFICATESUpon satisfactory completion of course requirements and a minimum of 80% attendance, students will be issued with a Certificate of Completion. Upon completion of 65% of course requirements for Online Courses, students will be issued a Certificate of Completion

CANCELLATIONSCourses with low enrolments will be cancelled. Students will be advised of this by telephone no later than 2 days prior to the scheduled commencement date.
