Our Holistic Health Conversation is the initial talk with our physician that allows the guest to feel welcome and at home to discuss his goals, health concerns and challenges. The physician is initially guided by the guest’s clinical history to help identify the root cause of the health challenges or the manifestation of the disharmony of physical, psycho-emotional and spiritual bodies of the individual. It delves into salutophysiology (Salus: health). It then leads to a conversation on achieving optimal well-being.

MEDICAL CONSULTATION (60 Mins.) PHP 5,000++

Our Medical Consultation focuses on the patients’ physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual health concerns and goals. It is conducted in such a way that our guests feel they have a space where they can tell their side of the story for physical concerns and major life stresses, the way he remembers it; then healing can begin. Medical consultation focuses on pathophysiology (pathos: ―illness ǁ physiology:

―processes), knowing the enemy to effectively overcome it. After this, recommendations are given to address the physical body and psyche of the individual for optimal health. The Medical Consultation is also a venue for the patients’ questions regarding their medical or detox program.

A mid-program medical consultation or holistic health conversation is suggested in programs beyond 7 days and may also be scheduled even for those who are staying for only a week or less to address guests’ questions and concerns that they might have not considered important during the initial session but have now been deemed a priority. An example is someone whose physical symptom has already been

addressed and thus the guest is now free to look into blockages in other aspects of his/her life. The focus of the conversation then will be to explore ways to move forward.

The weight, body composition measurements and usual food intake are taken to assess the guests’ nutritional status. Using these data, the Nutritionist guides the guest on how to sustainably achieve their health and nutrition goals.

HEALTH ASSESSMENT TOOLS LIVE BLOOD ANALYSIS (30 Mins.) PHP 2,500++

In Live Blood Analysis (LBA), a tiny drop of blood pin-pricked from your finger is visualized under a special microscope. One may observe and appreciate a real-time visual representation of your live blood components, comprised by your red blood cells, white blood cells and their variations and other residues. Though not conventionally diagnostic, seeing blood components as they move and behave powerfully, impacts guests to adapt a healthier lifestyle.

BRAIN BIOFEEDBACK (60 Mins.) PHP 5,000++ WITH INTERPRETATION

Brain Biofeedback (BBF) is based on researches of the electromagnetic fields of living things carried out in various laboratories and centers in Japan, Germany, Russia and the United States. These electromagnetic fields produced by the cells act

as fuel for all living processes to maintain physiologic equilibrium. Scientists discovered that cells, tissues and organs exhibit bioelectrical properties that can change rapidly when illness occurs.

The BBF machine reads values of faint electromagnetic field of an individual using a scanning technology, without any harm of radiation, that registers impulses taken from an examined person, making it safe even for pregnant women and children. It shows the slightest changes of the body's structure and function in the form of cartograms or diagrams, visual images of different parts of the body along with numerical values (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) representing cellular/organ status. Our physician interprets the report and conducts an assessment about the health of a patient at the subclinical level and emphasizes what areas of the body needs more attention.

COLON HYDROTHERAPY

Medical history has shown that colon irrigations and enemas are among the oldest healthcare practice. Colonic lavage has been practiced since 1500 BC and was first recorded in the Egyptian Ebers Papyrus. The Greeks: Hippocrates, Galen and Paracelsus, recognized as the founding fathers of Western conventional medicine, described, practiced and prescribed the use of enemas for colon cleansing. With our modern day standard diet and fast-paced, highly-stressed lifestyle, there is an increased incidence of colon polyps and colon cancer. Ninety per cent of our diseases may actually come from autointoxication from a clogged-up colon. There is a great need to regularly cleanse and support our sewerage, the large intestine aka colon.

COLEMA CLEANSING ENEMA (60 Mins.) PHP 6,000++

The first step in Colon Hydrotherapy is to do a Colema™ Cleansing Enema that cleans up the lower part of the colon with warm solution that is introduced into the rectum by gentle gravity. After a Colema™ cleansing enema, you are ready to do a retention enema since the rectal vault has already been cleared up to allow warm herbal solutions of organic coffee or aloe vera extract to remain in the rectal vault for about 10-20 minutes for absorption.

ANGEL OF WATER® COLON CLEANSING (60 Mins.) PHP 6,000++ COLONICS (90 Mins.) PHP 8,000++

The second step in Colon Hydrotherapy is to use a colon irrigation machine, namely, the Angel of Water® Colon Cleansing or the Colonics. These machines are operated by our qualified colon hydro therapists. Warm, sterilized water, under controlled pressure, are slowly introduced into the ano-rectal vault, going up towards the descending and transverse colon (large intestine). The water helps to soften and unclog hardened waste and toxic materials that build-up along the lumen and inside the pouches of the colon wall while, at the same time, flushing them out for good.

Prior to the procedure, vital signs are checked and you will be asked to fill-up our Colon Hydrotherapy Screening Form for medical clearance. All colon hydrotherapy procedures are medically-supervised. Aftercare is provided by our colon hydrotherapist at our designated lounge. A hot moist pack is cautiously applied over the abdomen for less than 15 minutes. Reminder: A two-hour fasting period from the last meal is required immediately prior to the start of the colon hydrotherapy procedure.

THE RETENTION ENEMAS

COFFEE INFUSION THERAPY (60 Mins.) PHP 4,000++ (COFFEE RETENTION ENEMA)

Coffee infusion therapy aka coffee (retention) enema has been popularized by the Gerson Institute in the 1950’s, when it began incorporating coffee enemas as part of their natural cancer treatments. It involves the gentle injection of organic coffee solution into the rectum (lower colon) with a soft sterile catheter tube inserted into the anal verge.

When diluted solution of organic coffee is infused into the rectal area, this will be absorbed and brought to the liver via the portal circulation. The liver is the main organ of detoxification. Glutathione (GSH) s- transferase is a major detoxification enzyme system in the liver that binds carcinogens and toxins. And the palmitates, notably the kahweol, in the coffee increases these antioxidant enzymes by as much as 600% to 700%! This is an effective way to enhance the detoxification process.

When guest would undergo detoxification, they will be releasing more of the toxins from their cells, tissues and organ systems and dump them into the blood system where it is eventually brought to the liver and are converted into a non-toxic form. Most of these eventually pass through the gallbladder and the biliary tree, where together with the bile acids are eventually excreted through the colon and out of the body.

In Rectal infusion therapy, 4 oz. or 8 oz. aloe vera extract are directly infused into the rectum via insertion of the tip of a foley (rubber) catheter through the anus. The retention ensures that the colon wall is nourished and able to receive abundant phytonutrients. It is highly advisable to do a Colon Hydrotherapy first prior to any Retention Enemas.

Rectal Infusion Therapy with Aloe Vera Extract. Aloe Vera (Aloe Barbadensis) is known to have healing properties for the digestive tract. INTERNAL ORGAN COMPRESSES (30 Mins.) per compress PHP 2,000++ Philippine Traditional Medicine includes the use of Tapal, the application of special medicinal leaves warmed with oil, to treat ailments. Our internal organ compresses continue this healing tradition to soothe internal organs, such as the liver, the kidneys and the reproductive organs. Aside from their healing benefits, compresses are very relaxing and may aid in sleeping. At The Farm, this is given while the guest is being nourished with Solfeggio healing frequency sounds. LIVER COMPRESS. A gentle yet potent form of nurturing for the liver using herbs such as yarrow or ampalaya (bitter gourd) leaves. KIDNEY COMPRESS. Specific herbs and warmed special oils are used to soothe the

kidneys and adrenals. The guest is lying down on his stomach and the mixture is applied at the back area.

BELLY COMPRESS. A series of belly compresses will afford lasting relief and resolution of dysmenorrhea or chronic gas pains.

LIVER CLEANSE LIVER CLEANSE (24 Hrs. / Overnight) PHP 10,000++ Being the major organ for detoxification, the liver also needs its own “liver cleanse.” The liver neutralizes all the toxins before it sends it out for elimination to the lungs, skin, kidneys and bowels. The procedure involves the flushing out of intrahepatic bile sludges (substance build-up) that makes the liver sluggish and create obstruction in the natural flow of fluids inside the liver – affecting the other organs. It is also these bile sludges that may contribute to gallstone formation in the gallbladder. This procedure takes the rhythm of the liver into account so special drinks, such as Epsom salts and the Liver Cleanse potion, are served at a specific time of the night and the next day. Checking for the status of the liver and gallbladder is very important prior to doing a Liver Cleanse procedure. THE 7-DAY LIVER CLEANSE PROGRAM. We encourage you to be at The Farm for at least one week to prepare you properly prior to the actual day of the Liver Cleanse procedure. Preparation includes a diet of only vegetables (raw and cooked) and green juices with lemon shots. We may prepare a special Liver Cleanse program, upon request, that would include a medical consultation and a follow-up at the end, the preparation diet, liver compress and coffee infusion therapy (liver detoxification enema), hepatobiliary ultrasound appointment, the actual Liver Cleanse plus the colon hydrotherapies that assist in preparing the colon prior to the actual liver cleanse and even a day after the procedure. The last colon hydrotherapy ensures that there is no reabsorption of residues leftover by the increased flow of bile in the colon.

PSYCHOEMOTIONAL CLEARING

In today’s fast-paced society, many people suffer from mental stress and emotional distress. Often

emotional blockages, are at the root cause of physical ailments and disharmonies. The session involves a combination of any techniques that help clear mental confusion, reveal psychoemotional scars, and break- free from negative emotional imprisonment.

Psychoemotional Clearing (PEC) helps to release suppressed and hidden emotional issues. This helps people who are tired of carrying their individual emotional baggage to move forward in life. It allows the individual to fully experience sense impressions or emotions thereby re-connecting him to his inner essence. This is highly recommended for those whose physical bodies feel like screaming, for those who are high-strung and highly-irritable, and those who see life as an experience of unfreedom.

NEUROGENIC RELEASE Neurogenic Release involves a set of warm-up and special exercises to facilitate neurogenic muscle tremors. Neurogenic tremors are naturally experienced by the body in extreme situations whether joyful or not, like winning a challenging sport game or in times of great fear. This session helps to address chronic bodily stress, deep-seated physical tension manifested as muscle tightness/rigidity or numbness/weakness and post-traumatic experiences.

REIKI During a session of this ancient Japanese hands-on method of natural healing, the practitioner taps on an unlimited source of universal healing energy, known as reiki, and intuitively direct its flow from his/her palms towards the client’s body, on or just off it.
