Positionally – you are set apart – sanctified – made holy.


Practically – you are enabled, by abiding in Christ, to live a holy life from the inside out.

Practical Holiness doesn’t mean you are sinless or will be sinless on this side of death but that you are being molded into the image of Jesus.



On the basis of the Event of Holiness

GOD declares each Christian Holy

and calls them Saints (Holy Ones)

1 Peter 2:9 – ...You are a chosen people. You are a kingdom of priests, God’s holy nation, his very own possession.



This is so you can show others the goodness of God, for he called you out of the darkness into his wonderful light. NLT

Hebrews 8:10 – But this is the new covenant I will make with the people of Israel on that day, says the Lord: I will put my laws in their minds, and I will write them on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people. NLT

will obey my statutes and carefully observe my

regulations.
