Holiday Gift Packaging FAQs 1. When does the Holiday Gift Packaging begin and end? The Holiday Gift Packaging Experience occurs for Direct Ship Orders placed from October 1 - December 10, 2015 2. Why is irty-One offering Holiday Gift Packaging? We want to provide a good Direct Ship experience to help our Consultants book, sell and recruit. Our Holiday Gift Packaging is designed to create an informative experience for Direct Ship Customers who may not have been at your party, by providing a marketing card that introduces Thirty-One and a copy of your most valuable business tool – the Fall/Winter 2015 Catalog 3. What order types get this service? Party Direct Ship Orders and Retail Direct Ship Orders will receive the Holiday Gift Packaging service 4. What shipping methods get this service? Direct Shipping 5. Will this delay my shipping time? No, receiving the Holiday Gift Packaging will not impact your expected delivery day 6. Can I select different types of packaging? No, your packaging is based off the size of the package that is ordered as Direct Ship 7. Am I able to choose not to receive the Holiday Gift Packaging? No, all Party Direct Ship Orders and Retail Direct Ship orders will automatically receive the Holiday Gift Packaging experience 8. Can I include a personal note? At this time, we are not offering personal notes 9. What if I didn’t get the packaging or the packaging is damaged? We will not be offering replacements for damaged packaging or if you do not receive the Holiday Gift Packaging in your shipment 10. Will my Hostess get this? This Gift Packaging Experience is for Customers that may not be able to attend your party, and to create a memorable and informative experience. Our Hostesses receive many of their own terrific benefits (Hostess Exclusives, Hostess half-price items, Hostess Rewards) 11. If a retail order is split/backorder, will each shipment still get the treatment? Yes, if it is a split retail backorder, you will receive the Holiday Gift Packaging 12. Do all box sizes for Direct Shipping receive the Holiday Gift Packaging Experience? No matter what the size, all Direct Shipped items will receive some form of holiday packaging 13. If the order requires multiple boxes, will each get the packaging? No, if there are multiple boxes within a Direct Ship order, only the final/last box of the shipment will receive the Holiday Gift Packaging 14. What is included in Holiday Packaging? Within the Holiday Gift packaging you will find either a Holiday-themed poly mailer or a branded U-board insert, a single Fall/Winter 2015 Catalog and a Marketing Card 15. Does the Holiday packaging cost anything? (to me, the Customer/Consultant) Other than the normal $4.00 Direct Shipping Cost, the Holiday Gift Packaging is at no additional expense to you! 16.
