  Dayboat at the property is available for £225 per week (please note if not hired this boat will remain at the property).    Kayak availalbe for £85 per week.  There is a small fence at the waters edge at this property but please still be cautious with children.  Please note:  The Boathouse is not for holidaymakers use ­ owners have separate access to this boathouse to access the boat this will not disturb your stay here.   Pricing includes all electricity & heating costs.  Sorry no pets allowed here.  No smoking permitted in the property.
