Holiday Outdoor Decor represents the exciting integration of two of the most experienced companies in the holiday decorating industry. Holiday Outdoor Decor came into existence in 2021, with the integration of two companies with distinct histories operating in unique regions, Rileighs Outdoor Decor & Clark Sales Display.

We are excited to expand our sales and service area and will continue to offer our excellent quality service this year and for years to come.

RILEIGHS OUTDOOR DECOR’S 100 years of experience in the decorating business places us at the top in our industry.

Further south from PA-based Rileighs is the original home of CLARK SALES DISPLAY, in Tavares, Florida. The family-owned company was founded by the Clark family in 1983, and was purchased by son, Lee Clark and his wife in 2002. As a leader in Holiday lighting sales and service, Clark Sales Display offered seasonal lighting displays, full turnkey decorating services, custom banners, and more. The company also maintained the largest rental inventory of holiday displays in Florida.

Holiday Outdoor Decor's White Glove Service and experienced sales representatives make installation easy! Service is available to most of Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, and all of New Jersey, Delaware and Florida!

Temporary Seasonal SurchargeTo our valued customers,We had to make the difficult decision to add a temporary price surcharge to our products. Steel prices and labor wages are forcing us to apply a temporary 15% surcharge to our Carpenter Decorating product line.We are also facing historically high costs to import the items we buy from China, and we have to apply a 10% surcharge for those items to help compensate the freight cost increases (over 300% more than usual).This decision was not made lightly and we look forward to removing those surcharge as soon as possible.
