what are your invoicing terms?All Q4 orders for 2021 will require a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be billed in full upon delivery of your order.

what is our turnaround time?Turnaround time for 2021 Q4 orders placed by 9/30/21 is approximately 30 business days.

do we have minimums?We do not require minimums on our orders—however, this means that we may have limited-to-no availability on some items during re-stocking periods. When placing your order you will be made aware of any items that cannot be fulfilled at the time.

how will my prints arrive?All prints are delivered flat with a sturdy cardboard back-ing board, placed into clear plastic sleeves and sealed for protection.
