Cutting and shaping each tip using CNC machinery.Proper bendingof each tip, from 1 o 6 times, to insure proper use qualities. Increasingthe strength of the instrumentswith the use of heat treating processes.Dental USA raisesthe level of heat treating to a 50-55 hardness rating,which increasesthe strength of the material and minimizeswear. Assembling the instrumentsproperly is of the utmost importance.If the tip is not inserted into the handle properly, it will not work correctly

    and may break or fall out of the handle. Each instruments' tips are inserted by highlytrained and skilled technicians.As a final step to the process,we clean all of the instrumentsand do whatwe call a final "bladingn,or sharpening, to ensure the properworking edges are oneach and every instrumentto meet the specificationsof dental professionals.

    Handle Manufacturing Process

    Proper Cutting : To cut each handle of different sizes with precision machinery.Complete handle making process :To cut the tip to fit into each handle size. This process requiresvery precise work since there is a great possibility of product loss.Grooving work :To groove the handles so that it gives dentists comfort in treatment.(Grooving work is different depending on the functions and kinds of handles)Upscale Satin Handles : By applying friction on the handles in the sand barrel for a long time,the handles turn into bright satin finish.Ultrasonic Cleaning : Handles could get rusty without the ultrasonic cleaning process.Without ultrasonic cleaning, it will shorten the life-span of the instruments

Any product wh ich proves defective in workm anship or materials will be repairedor replaced at no charge. Add itional shipping charges for use o f the Dental USA FedExreturn labels and shipment back to the customer will be applied as shown o n your invoice.Warranty does not apply to norma l wear and tear and use of the instrumentation beyondtheir limitations. It also excludes the improper usage of an instrum ent in a way that theparticular instrument was designed and intended to be used.     INSTRUMENTS CAREStainless Steel InstrumentsWhile stainless steel has superior corrosion resistance, it will discolor and corrode when exposed tohigher than recommended chemical concentrations or certain chemicals.Stainless steel should not be exposed to the following chemicals: Sodium Hypochlorite (householdbleach), Tartaric Acid (stain and tartar remover), Aluminum Chloride, Barium Chloride, Bichloride ofMercury, Calcium Chloride, Carbolic Acid, Chlorinated Lime, Citric Acid, Dakin's Solution, FerrousChloride, Lysol, Mercuric Chloride, Mercury Salts, Phenol, Potassium Permanganate, PotassiumThiocyanate or Stannous Chloride.The following chemicals should NEVER be used with stainless steel: Aqua Regia, Ferric Chloride,Sulfuric Acid, Hydrochloric Acid or Iodine.

    Hinged InstrumentsAll hinged instruments-forceps, rongeurs, scissors, pliers, hemostats, orthodontic pliers, etc.-should be kept lubricated. Regular use of proper lubricants, will prevent rust, corrosion and stiff jointsand will ensure smooth operation. (Household lubricants and hand-piece lubricants are NOTrecommended.) All hinged instruments should be sterilized in the open position.
