YOUR SAFETY IS OUR NUMBER ONE CONCERN
While we are all about “Riding and Having Fun”; we are even more focused on your safety. Always be aware of road conditions; in rural areas roads can have slow moving farm equipment, a low shoulder or no shoulder at all, faded or no painted lines, occasional gravel, asphalt heaves, washouts, and dogs (or other animals!) in the road.
And of course, road construction may be around the next bend.
While anyone can ride these roads, some are more technical than others. If you feel challenged slow down, take your time and ride to your comfort and skill level.
Welcome to cookeville

Regardless of the outdoor temperature, it will be a pleasant 56 degrees, 333’ below the surface. Drinks, sandwiches, hot dogs, chips and such will be available for a cash purchase only.
Welcome THE GRASCALS to the Volcano Room Stage. A six-piece Grammy nominated bluegrass band from Nashville. They have received countless industry awards including the International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA) Emerging Artist of the Year Award, Song of The Year, and twice were awarded Entertainer of The Year. The Grascals 2016 CD titled “And Then There’s This...” peaked at #1 on the US Grass Charts. The Cumberland Caverns Ride is sponsored by Boswell’s Harley-Davidson.

These folks appreciate your arrival to Cookeville and will be there to welcome you! Live music, food and beverage available.
Parking Lot PartyHONKY TONK TUESDAY After a brief Welcome to our guests, CONFEDERATE RAILROAD plays opening night. In their early days they were the backup band for David Allan Coe and Johnny Paycheck. From rowdy country to raw emotion, a Confederate Railroad concert today covers a wide range of feelings. The young folks will be there rocking to “Trashy Women”, while their parents and even grandparents will likely be singing along to “Jesus and Mama.” At the end of each show, the band stays around until every fan who wants an autograph, or to pose with the group for a picture or just say “hello” is taken care of. Sponsored by Miller Lite.

RIDES EVENTS AND ENTERTAINMENT
The Brushy Devil Ride Guided ride departs at 9:00amRiding east onto the Cumberland Plateau. The morning light casts long shadows across the rural Tennessee countryside. Like a dance of good and evil, the sun is leading the waltz. Rolling. Thrilling. Riding. We’re on The Brushy Devil Ride!
Our destination, Brushy Mountain State Prison. Morgan County, Petros, Tennessee. Opened in 1896, they say when “When you hit “Brushy” you were at the end of the line.” As you pass the Guard Shack you’ll understand why this place is called the Alcatraz of the South. Remote. Isolated. Convicted. And, in yet another dance of good and evil, Brushy backs up to the ruggedly beautiful Frozen Head State Park.
Once inside the walls of the Prison take a self guided tour. Listen to the songs of Johnny Cash performed by former Brushy inmate Jimmy Combs (#000137600 - tier #2, cell 10) Take your time and stroll around this historic southern landmark. Creepy. Haunting. Cool.
Food trucks with a variety of lunch options will be available for a cash purchase only.
After doing “time” at Brushy take a self-guided loop ride on one of Tennessee’s most legendary backroads- The Devil’s Triangle. The gorgeous, technical 72-mile route is recommended for riders who enjoy a little bit of everything- from well-cambered sweeping turns and scenic straight-a-ways to tight, steep switchbacks. The route is made up of some of the most unusual two lane twisty roads in eastern Tennessee. A few locals and other motorcycles are typically the only traffic you’ll encounter. If the Devil’s Triangle is a little more ride than you want, a great option just down the road is Frozen Head State Park. The cool, peaceful serenity of this park is in stark contrast to the hard “time” seen just over the hill. The Brushy Devil Take your time and enjoy this awesome loop! Ride is sponsored by our friends at Harley-Davidson of Knoxville.
OFF THE CHAIN, RESTAURANT NIGHT! Featuring locally owned eateries..

RIDES EVENTS AND ENTERTAINMENT
MEET ‘N GREET WITH COOKEVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT 7:30amStart the day off right and where else better, than Ralph’s Donuts! One of the feel good events of the week, meet up for a cup of coffee and some great donuts. Not only will CPD be in force, all other local agencies will be present. Come out and support our men and and women in “blue!”
HARD TIMES FARM AND FALLS RIDE Guided ride departs at 9:00am Cookeville is an ideal hub for Riders. In just minutes we are beyond even a hint of urban traffic. These Backroads are good roads. Today, Down on The Farm we go, to Hard Times USA. This may be your only opportunity to see one of the most unique and picturesque locations in all of Tennessee! For Rally goers, Hard Times means Good Times! Hard Times USA, a 700 acre privately owned farm on picturesque Rocky River Mountain. A BBQ lunch will be available for purchase. Listen to foot-stompin’ music; throw a line out on a cane pole and a stroll through a complete rural Tennessee town recreated in an idyllic setting. This private farm (Population One) will be open exclusively for Rally attendees. Note- directions to Hard Times USA are not available on GPS. If taking a self-guided ride make sure to leave Cookeville with directions, available in Registration! A fully outfitted replica of an old Tennessee town. It’s a ghost town most days, like the ‘ol folks just got up and left. But not on July 13, the little town will be bustling with the sound of Harley-Davidsons. Leave yourself plenty of time to eat, look around and listen to some great music. BBQ lunch will be available for a cash purchase only.
We’ll welcome to the Hard Times Stage our good friends The Tennessee Mafia Jug Band. From Goodlettsville, Tennessee, comes a most entertaining “blast from the past.” The Tennessee Mafia Jug Band -- five guys and a scrub board, with roots like wisdom teeth.
This frolicking fivesome brightens up the stage with rib-tickling old time tunes. Even better, they have an utter lack of self-consciousness (and some might say any sense of decorum).
Thursday, July 13
RALLY WRISTBAND REQUIRED
The Jug Band not only knows the music, they wear the costumes, tell corny jokes and even do slapstick gags that throw a cable-tv-numbed audience into hysterics. Grown women have lost control of internal organs when the Jug Band entertains ... tears a’ runnin’ down both legs!
After exploring the farm there’s more fantastic riding and scenery to be enjoyed. Two of the states’ grandest parks, Rock Island State Park and Fall Creek Falls State are within short, scenic rides. Geology, history, culture, music and food. Rock Island, Tennessee. There are 150 waterfalls within a 40 mile radius of Cookeville. Waterfalls and fun, scenic roads go hand in hand in these parts. The Highland Rim, Cumberland Plateau and its escarpments have carved some mighty fine features for motorcycling. On today’s route is the highest free falling water fall east of the Mississippi, Fall Creek Falls. Allow time for the Scenic Loop, with fantastic overlooks in to the Park. Down on the Farm Ride sponsored by Bumpus Harley-Davidson.
Rides, Rods and Rockabilly At the Historic Westside Street Party in Cookeville on Thursday evening starting at 5:30. Less than two miles from the Host Hotel. Food and beverage available. Cruise-in Car Show -- all makes, brands and models! Bike Games with the Slowest of the Slow Race and Loud Pipes Competition. Sponsored by the City of Cookeville.
Parking Lot PartyCLASSIC ROCK THURSDAY VINYL RADIO. Put on your dancing shoes, Vinyl Radio is coming to town! Vinyl Radio plays music from the Classic 70’s. “These Music City pros combine their considerable talent into an experience that captures the essence of an era when guitars and grooves, mellow mayhem and melodies ruled the airwaves!” “Vinyl Radio is, simply put, the music you love brought to life.” Sponsored by Miller Lite.
