Just Chilling OutThrough the fire lit entrance and down the ice tunnel, join us in the star draped Birchley suite with giant snowflakes and icicles bringing that frozen touch and candelabra and flames setting the ice on fire.

A special frozen cocktail welcomes you, followed by our traditional 3 course dinner accompanied by festive music.

Then things heat up with our host running ice breaking games to get everyone in the party mood.

After dinner is served, the Party Marquee opens. This magical space is full of entertainment, from our fun casino to rocking Rudolph, sumo Santas to snowboard simulator and of course the dodgems*! Fancy a competition on our giant games? With its own bar the Party Marquee is the place to be for those who just want to have fun.

Back in the main room, this is where the party people strut their stuff on the dancefloor as our DJ keeps you dancing until the early hours to all the best party tunes.

Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat is the minimum number required for booking?We don’t have a minimum number, but groups of less than 8 people may be on a shared table.

Can we add people at a later date?Yes you can add people later, but remember some nights sell out quite quickly.

Where will my pre-ordered drinks be?Your pre-ordered drinks will be waiting for you, on ice, at your table.

Can I set-up a bar tab or drinks vouchers?Yes we can set up a tab with an authorised credit card. Drinks vouchers can be arranged through theoffice prior to arrival.

Do the bars accept cards?Our bars take both cash and credit / debit cards.

Can we bring our own drinks?Only drinks purchased at Heart of England Conference & Events Centre can be consumed on the premises. If any drinks are found being brought into the venue, these will be confiscated and a corkage charge will be made to the party organiser.

Can all my party pay separately?Unfortunately not, payment is only accepted from the party organiser, individual cheques or paymentswill not be accepted.

What should I wear?The dress code is smart party wear, dress to impress! Strictly no sportswear, trainers, t-shirts or ripped jeans.

One of my party has a food allergy or a special dietary requirement, what do I do?We can accommodate most special requirements. We just need to know before you arrive to avoid anydelays. It’s always best to discuss your needs with one of our team when you book. Late requests maynot be able to be accommodated.

Can I leave my car overnight?Yes you can leave your car overnight, but all cars must be collected between 9am and 12 noon the day after your party.

Is there an age limit?Our events are for everyone over the age of 18. ID may be required

When do I get my tickets?Our events are ticketless, and your party will be shown their seats by our event hosts.

Where can I stay?We have a small amount of rooms here on-site, these get booked early so don’t delay if you want to stay. These rooms must be paid for in full at the time of booking. There are also several hotels nearby where you can stay, these include the Manor Hotel, Meriden who we recommend.

Can I bring gifts / secret Santa?You can bring gifts, but any alcohol (wrapped or not) will be confiscated by our door staff. Please see “Can we bring our own drinks?”
