Instructions : Cut out the cards under parental guidance. Every day choose a card with the fitting hockey item of your calendar and solve the exercice of the day. The Hockey-Kids wish you a lot of fun! - Dear parents, please supervise your kid while accomplishing my exercices as I won‘t be liable for possible damages or injuries. I wish you and your kids a lovely time full of shared moments of common joy, Your Sabine Hahn
Let the ball roll
on your hockey stick back
and forth as long as
possible. How many
minutes do you achieve?
Take an old hockey
ball. : With a permanent
marker draw funny eyes
on it and transform
your ball in a „match
partner“.
What type of
balls have you got at
home? Tennis? Baseball?
Collect them all. - You‘ ll
be surprised what a
great number it will be!
What is the weight
of your hockey
stick? Try to esti-
mate, then verify
with a balance.
Put a hockey ball on
the flat side of your
stick and walk
through your room
five times or more.
Lay your pyjama on
the floor. Now lead a
hockey ball around
with your hockey stick.
Draw your favourite
hockey stick on a
paper or copy your
own one on an old
wallpaper roll.
Stand in a doorframe
and try to lead the
hockey ball carefully
with your hockey stick
around yourself.
How big is the
perimeter of your hockey
ball? Try to stimate -
then verify with a tape
measure.
Meditation : Take
your Hockey ball in your
hand and close your
eyes : Try to drop the
ball after 2 minutes
without counting!
Do five or more
push - ups and basic
jumps alternately.
Jump like a
jumping jack and squat
down five times or more.
Traipse and sprint
alternately 15 Seconds
through your hall.
Lie prone, lean on
your forearms and hold
at least one minute.
Jump alternately
ten times from one lunge
into another lunge.
Do push - ups : with
the right hand touch the
left shoulder and inversely.
Take your
cuddly toys, arrange
them in your room
and do some slalom
training around them.
Take a paper
and draw a cool hockey
goalie! Do you know what
he needs and wears?
Draw or write
down your memories
about your very first
hockey steps and
match.
What is in
your hockey bag? Try
to remember without
having a look and write
or draw it on a paper.
Draw your
own door sign : „Write“
your name with little
hockey sticks and
hockey balls.
Put some open
books on the floor : With
your hockey stick, lead a
hockey ball through the
tunnels.
