Sailing EasyThe 4.40, has the famous Phileas bilge hull. The quality of hardware leaves nothing to chance. Everything has

been designed for easy handling of the boat. The Flex® sails, resulting from the latest generation of

regatta sails, are perfect with the tapered mast identical to those used for the 470 regattas. The deck, redesig-

ned in 2010 is a real open space, and very modern. The asymmetrical spinnaker is easily hoisted and the jib is

equipped in series with a Harken furler. With the spinnaker, the boat is fixed for easy tacking. The boat is sturdy

at the bar, both the rudder and the daggerboard are in reinforced carbon.

The Ludic is a collective dinghy with an asymmetrical spinnaker adapted to group or family sailing of up to 9

persons! Its open roomy cockpit makes the boarding by the crew very easy, even for youngsters. The double

seat and the large space allow everybody to sit in comfort. With its furling jib, double trapeze, Harken blocks,

and the pivoting stainless steel centreboard for more stability, The Ludic has a very responsive and tolerant

Made in the same spirit as the popular Open 5.70, the Open 5.00 is fast, easy to handle and exciting to

sail. The architect’s and designer’s goal for this scaled down state-of-the-art sport boat is to provide a

product even easier to sail and handle. While the 5.00 is an amazing one-design racer, it is also geared

towards simple day sailing with friends. This handsome vessel is easy to beach and perfect for sailing for

fun with summer gatherings where a small managable boat is the perfect solution. The fun of planing with

a 505 together with the stability of a keel boat. The secret of the success is the keel that gives the boat its

stability while being completely removable to beach easily for the picnic or to automatically kick-up on any

obstacle found under the water and get back to its initial position without any intervention of the crew. The

asymmetrical spinnaker with snuffer is very simple to handle. The Open 5.00 benefits from the active and

dynamic class association ASOPEN, where the owners share their passion of sailing this wonderful mini Finot

plan.

The Open 5.70 is designed for sailors who have enjoyed exhilarating surfing on dinghies or sport catamarans

and want to find again the same sensations on a small keelboat. Stark, simple and well manufactured, the Open

5.70 is unsinkable and cannot capsize. The easy to handle asymmetrical spinnaker drives the boat downwind at

high speed that can overtake 18 knots. Setting up the boat is very simple : the mast stepping and the launching

can be done on your own. For racing or sailing over the weekend, its trailerable size allows to tow it behind

your car with a standard car license. As an international OD Class, the Open 5.70 is a fantastic, fast sportboat

supported by a friendly and active class association. The Open 5.70 is official support for the French Youth

Championships since 2006.
