OPC UA certificationCodra Panorama E2 was one of the first SCADA solutions (HMI/SCADA) to attain OPC-UA Client and Server certification from the OPC Foundation.

OPC UA is both a powerful and secure interface, and is a communication protocol devised to share real-time data, history and event logs between systems and appli-cations. The OPC Foundation certification laboratory applies a comprehensive set of tests to verify that each product meets the strictest specifications. These tests are benchmarked against the best implementation and interoperability practices.

Object-oriented Object programming is central to the Panorama design. Plant equipment (comprising: graphics, functions and operator interactions, pre-configuration, etc.) are modelled - from simplex to the most complex. Once a component library has been created, the copy and instantiation functions allow you to:

GEO-SCADA

The Geo-SCADA function integrates the interactive maps of Google Maps, Google Earth or Open Street Map in the Panorama E2 HMI.

ANALOG MONITORING

The Analog Monitoring function mon-itors an analog data item to assist operators with the future develop-ment of their facility and help them plan their actions.

GRAPHIC DESIGN

The powerful, fully vectorial graphic engine makes light work of config-uring graphical mimic. The contents adapt to all types of display devices bringing ergonomics and visual com-fort to the user.

DATA PRESENTATION

The Data Presentation function sup-plements the Trend Drawing func-tion. It is used to present data in many ways – trends, radars, bar, pie, bubble charts, etc.

CybersecurityIT security has always been a core focus for Codra.

From today, the Panorama Suite benefits from Cybersecurity functions implemented in conjunc-tion with the French government working party on cybersecurity for industrial systems. Through Panorama Suite 2017, you will protect your applications with the help of native mechanisms for confidentiality (encryption), integrity and authenticity control.

Version 7 of Panorama E2 makes security easy to factor in by providing a new guide to config-uring Panorama and its environment (Windows, etc.) as well as improved traceability of security events.

Panorama MobileCodra offers a new user experience with its application for Android & iOS.

From the field, mobile operators will access relevant informa-tion: visualization of the process, equipment status, notifica-tion and management of alarms, on-call services, etc. This data can be geo-positioned too.

Now that the era of industry 4.0 and Smart Cities is upon us, it is time for remote operators to become “connected” operators.

Multilingual Application Codra offers a new approach to language management, such that developing and maintaining multiple languages in one application becomes very easy. The development time and the risk of errors are thus dramatically reduced.

Communication protocols The new protocols integrated into Panorama E2 come with tools that help the configura-tion and generation of applications that optimize development times by automating specific tasks.

Native integration of the IEC61850 communication protocol; the international communication proto-col for electrical installations.

LonWorks

Coupled with the LNS server (LonWorks Network Services), LonWorks is a technology based on the Echelon protocol dedi-cated to BMS/FM/Remote I/O.

The PLATINIUM PCI accreditation is given to PCI integrators who meet training and experience criteria, and who have been audited by Codra – which is a pledge of excellence for end-users.

The Panorama Certified Maintenance program (PCM) is intended for end users or integrators wish-ing to extend the software warranty of Panorama products thus ensuring the longevity of their SCADA applications.
