ORDERING - We recommend that you order Husky products through your preferred dealer or industrial

distributor. If you are unable to find a dealer in your area, please contact our customer service for

assistance or visit our website at www.huskybicycles.com. By placing an order, customers agree to

HLF's terms and conditions stated herein and on its website at www.huskybicycles.com.

PRODUCT INFORMATION - At Husky Bicycles, we strive to provide the best and most advanced

industrial bicycle products on the market. Throughout this catalog, you may see references to specific

models of Husky bicycles or tricycles. These references are provided to guide you in your selection and

are not meant to restrict the use of other parts or componets that can also be used on these models.

We continuously look for new and better products and components to replace current parts used

in our models. You may, therefore, see more than one part for a specific component or a model.

Products and country of origin may be substituted from to time and may not be identical in exact

images or descriptions published in this catalog.

Products offered in this catalog are primarily selected to fit Husky bicycles and tricycles. However,

we have many parts and components that are common to other brands of bicycles and tricycles.

If you are looking for parts for other brands and you are not certain that the part you are ordering

will fit you bicycle, please call our customer service for assistance. However, HLF/HUSKY does not

guarantee suitability of any of parts sold and installed on bicycles or tricycles of other brands.

SHIPPING - Products are shipped FOB shipping point. Unless otherwise specified by customer, all

orders are shipped prepaid and charges are added to your invoice. Title of products ordered and risk

of loss is transferred to customer at the point of shipping and delivery to carrier. HLF/HUSKY is not

responsible for any loss of or damage to products after they have been delivered to carrier. Customer

is responsible for inspection of goods received from carrier and must note any visible damage to

boxes or cartons on carrier's delivery receipt.

RETURNS - Products ordered may be returned within six (6) months from date of purchase for any

reason. A return authorization must be obtained prior to returning any goods. All returns must be made

freight prepaid unless the return is due to an error by HLF, in which case, HLF will pay for the return of

goods. All returns (other than warranty returns) must be unused, in original packing, undamaged, and

in sellable condition. We may charge a restocking, repacking, or recovery fee if the product returned

is damaged, unsellable, or not in original packing. The amount of restocking fee will be determined

after the retuned goods are inspected by HLF.

WARRANTY - Unless covered by a specific product warranty detailed in owner's manual, all goods sold

by HLF are warrantied for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If a product is accepted for

return, HLF may, at its option, repair, replace, or refund the amount paid by customer. All other

warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-compliance with regulatory

requirements, are specifically disclaimed. HLF/HUSKY shall not be liable for incidental, consequential,

exemplary, or punitive damages. Maximum liability in all circumstances shall not exceed the pruchase

price paid for the product subject to warranty claim.

Bicycles and tricycles are covered by the terms of limited warranty detailed in the owner's manual. A

copy of the manual can be obtained at www.huskybicycles.com. For questions regarding product

warranty, please contact customer service at (800) 392-3337 or email [email protected].

ORDER CANCELLATION - All order cancellations must be approved by HLF. Items listed in HLF

catalog or HUKSY website may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. Orders for customized

products such as custom paint, assembled bicycles or tricycles, or special orders for non-stocking

items shall be subject to a restocking or order cancellation fee.
