Travel Reimbursement for NEW Overseas BuyersThe HKTDC will sponsor your business trip to Hong Kong of up to HKD3,500 (approx. USD450) during your stay

between 27 February – 5 March 2018 (inclusive). Entitlement of Travel Reimbursement (accumulative total):

Successful applicants will be requested to present the original copy of passport with landing slip, business card,

Terms & Conditions1. Your company and you must be an invited NEW overseas industry buyer of Hong Kong International Diamond, Gem

& Pearl Show 2018 (HKIDGPS) and Hong Kong International Jewellery Show 2018 (HKIJS) (i.e. i.e. your company or you did not visit the 2017 edition of both fairs) in order to be eligible for the Travel Reimbursement Programme.

2. Your company must not be an exhibitor of HKIDGPS or HKIJS.3. If your company or you have applied for Hotel Sponsorship, Air + Hotel Package or other buyer sponsorship

programmes of HKIDGPS or HKIJS, applications for this sponsorship will not be processed. 4. Each company is entitled to one offer of travel reimbursement only. This offer is available on a first-come-first-served

basis.5. Applications without attaching a photocopy of the applicant’s business card will not be processed.6. Once your application has been approved, we will send the acknowledgement letter to you within 4 working days.7. You must visit the fair and collect customized stamps from the “Buying Mission Check-in Counter” in order to qualify

for the incentive. Only 1 stamp can be collected on each fair day.8. Successful applicants must show up in the fair and complete a questionnaire when collecting the reimbursement at

the “Buying Mission Check-in Counter” in the fairground.9. The original copy of acknowledgement letter, passport with landing slip, business card, boarding pass and e-ticket

receipt MUST BE presented upon the reimbursement collection. The HKTDC reserves the right to reject any reimbursement requests should there be any informational discrepancies on the passport, landing slip, boarding pass and e-ticket receipt.

10. The HKTDC reserves the rights to vary the terms and conditions, change or terminate the sponsorship programme without any prior notice. In case of any dispute over the programme, the decision of HKTDC shall be final and
