CONDITIONS OF SALE 1. All prospective purchasers to register to bid and give in their name, address and telephone number, in default of which the lot or lots purchased may be immediately put up again and re-sold 2. The highest bidder to be the buyer. If any dispute arises regarding any bidding the Lot, at the sole discretion of the auctioneers, to be put up and sold again. 3. No Lots to be transferable and all accounts to be settled at the close of the sale. 6. If any person neglects or refuses to comply with any of the foregoing conditions, the auctioneer shall be at liberty to resell the lot and any deficiency that may arise in the resale, together with all expenses attending it shall be made good by the defaulter. 9. 2. confirm that you are authorised to provide these debit card details to H J Pugh & Co through www.easyliveauction.com and agree that H J Pugh & Co are entitled to ship the goods to the card holder name and card holder address provided in fulfilment of the sale.

VIEWING. Auctioneers will be on site on Tuesday 10th August 12-4PM and day of sale from 10AM. COLLECTION Purchases may be collected on the sale day after the sale has concluded. Staff, tractors and loadall will be available. Items may remain on site at the buyer’s risk for seven days and assistance to load will be available. Prior appointment must be made to collect any item remaining on site after seven days. COVID-19 RULES Please to not attend the sale if you have any symptoms of COVID 19 Although this is an outdoor event please bring and provide your own PPE and wear face masks. Please only attend the sale If you are intending to bid this will help enable us to maintain crowds and social distancing. All items are situated outside in a large field. Whilst every effort must be made to adhere to social distancing rules there is ample space. The auction will be conducted from a pickup with a public address system so crowding around the lots is not necessary. All people entering the site must sign in leaving the name and telephone number for track and trace. Those wishing to bid on site who have not previously registered with us are advised to contact our office prior to the auction.
