Davy designs the courses and fitness challenges for Fittest Superstars and he is also hugely motivational in helping getting everybody through our course. He gets the maximum out of each contestant with his unique style. James Sexton Co creator of the hit TV show Ireland’s Fittest Family. With over 30 years of event experience James owns and runs Hiya Events. His vast event experience makes the production on Fittest Superstars second to none. James is also a well ronouned MC and brings great humour and energy to the events. Mike Hogan Fitness and nutrition expert Mike leads our great team of professional trainers. He has over 10 years experience in the fitness industry. Mike is a Qualified Health and Fitness Coach, Personal Trainer and has a diploma in Nutrition. Mike will provide all of the teams with training, health and nutrition plans. Ger Kilkenny Head of production and set design Ger Kilkenny heads up our production and set design team. With over 20 years experience, Ger takes care of all our sound, lighting and AV on the events both indoor and outdoor. With Ger and his team on board you can be guaranteed that everybody attending our events will clearly hear and see what’s going on. Our Fittest Superstars team are driven by a passion to achieve the very best results and to provide the best customer experience and service possible. WHAT IS FITTEST SUPERSTARS? Fittest Superstars is a unique team building experience where we build and design fitness challenge and courses, (similar to that in the Hit TV show Irelands Fittest Family) at the venue of your choice, indoors or outdoors. HOW IT WORKS Once booked you receive all poster and advertising material to advertise the event in your company. Our Fittest superstars team arrange an extensive event launch at your company. Our event launch includes the following: • Overall introduction by MC James Sexton • Motivational talk from Davy Fitzgerald as to how and why everybody should participate in the unique event • A virtual walk through a 3D drawing of our pre designed course on our big screen • Brief introduction to fitness and nutrition information delivered by our fitness and nutrition expert Mike Hogan • Fun hanging Tough challenge to encourage participation Following the launch we will send all your staff Fitness, nutritional and training advice specific to their age and fitness levels. The team here at Toyota have said it was the best staff event they ever attended. The buzz here today is electric, even with the aches, pains and bruises!!! The event surpassed all of our expectations it was run so professionally, all of your team were so motivating and helpful we could not have asked for more. It truly reinforced the benefit of team work to all. I think people were surprised at what they were able to achieve both personally and within their team. The benchmark of a great day is whether you will remember it in 10, 20 or 30 years time, yesterday was most certainly one of those days. I am delighted to say that we hope to book the event again for next year with you.
