• Capsul bowman mengelilingi glomerulus. :• Lapisan parietal: lap luar.• Lapisan viseral: mnyelubungi kapiler
glomerulus.

• Sel Podosit• Sel podosit memiliki badan sel menjulur
bercabang2 = pedikel = prosessus primer = prosessus sekunder.
• Prosessus sekunder berselang-seling membentuk celah filtrasi.
• Celah filtrasi = dilapisi diafragma stebal 6nm
• Sel Podosit mpunyai mikrofilamen aktin di dalam sitoplasmanya kemamp kontraktil.

Filtration glomerulus
• Diantara sel-sel endotel kapiler glomerulus dan podosit terdapat membran basal.
• Membran basal : saringan makromolekul selektif.
• Partikel > 10nm tidak bisa melintas membran basal.
• Filtrat glomerulus tidak mengandung protein.
• Gagal ginjal proteinuri.

• Lebih panjang drpd tub kont distal.• Permukaan = brush border.• Fungsi: absorbsi glukosa, asam amino,
protein , melalui proses aktif pompa natrium.
• Mensekresi kreatinin.

Ansa henle- (Loop of Henle)
• td thick descencent – thin descendent – thin ascendent – thick ascendent.
• Pada nefron jukstamedulla, ansa henle sangat panjang, masuk jauh ke dalam medulla.
• Ansa henle terlibat dalam retensi air mempertahankan gradien hipertonik pada interstitium medulla menghasilkan urin yang hipertonik / pemekatan urin.

• Dilapisi epitel kuboid. lebih gepeng n kecil drpd sel epitel tub kont proximal.
• Tidak memiliki brush border.• Mengadakan kontak dengan kutub vaskuler korpuskel
renalis (apparatus jukstaglomerular) sel-sel epitelnya jadi lbh silindris, inti sel lebih rapat terpulas gelap, = makula densa.
• Makula densa =penghasil renin.• Makula densa sensitif terhadap kandungan ion dan vol air
dalam cairan tubulus. keseimb asam basa.

• Dekat korpuskel renalis, tunika media dari arteriol afferen punya sel otot polos termodifikasi = sel juxtaglomerular .
• Menghasilkan enzim renin, Bekerja pada angiotensinogen.
• Sel juxtaglomerular +makula densa = apparatus juxtaglomerular.
