• Designed to gather information on how school districts use their Title II, Part A funds in the current school year– Also asks districts for professional development data for the prior school year– Data are used to develop national estimates on how Title II, Part A funds are

used

• Administered to a nationally-representative sample of 800 LEAs every year– Sample based on district size and poverty level– Response rate of 81 percent in 2013-14
