A: According to Christianity human beings are created good by God but they suffer and die. This is the human condition.

Genesis shows us that there is one God who is the creator over all. Belief in one God is known as MONOTHEISM

Mono = One

Theism = Belief in God

The Trinity

Christians believe in something known as the Trinity.

This word refers to the belief that there is one God made known by three aspects

The Trinity

Father: Almighty Creator of the Universe

Son: Jesus Christ who came to earth

Holy Spirit: God's Spirit on earth which guides us

Relational God

Human beings were made to have a special relationship with God.

Christians today believe that God is IMMANENT – this means that he is close and we can have a spiritual relationship with him.
