Rotary unitAn optional rotary engraving device with a selection of chucks is available for engraving circular or conical objects such as rings or tubes. It is controlled by the laser software.

Focus fi nder A second laser pointer enables precise distance measurements for focusing on the workpiece without the need for additional equipment.

Additional lenses Lenses of focal length F 100 and F 254 are available in addition to the standard F 160 lens. They can be exchanged at any time to vary the size of the marking fi eld. You are optimally equipped for all your needs.

Modular housing The housing of the ProMarker 300 can be fi tted with a pass-through option and removable side covers to mark larger and bulkier workpieces (Pass-through option makes the machine laser class 4). By this, the ProMarker 300 can be extended using handling options such as conveyor belts or rotary indexing tables.

Spacious machining area The large window guarantees the maximum possible view of even the largest workpieces. The LED lighting provides optimum illumination of the marking fi eld and can be switched on and off from outside the machine.

Working table The laser is mounted stably on the precise travelling Z-axis. The working table is static – focusing and height adjustments are made using the movable laser head. This means the work piece always remains accurately positioned in the same place. The working table is extremely robust, stable and with low vibration.

Autostart function You can automatically start a laser job by closing the lid. This saves time and money on everyday tasks.

Mechanical or electrical Z-axis The optimum setup for your application: Select either a mechanical or electrical Z-axis, which is controlled by using software or the keypad on the machine.

ProMarker LaserThe high-speed, air-cooled fi ber laser is maintenance-free. As with all Trotec systems, the high quality design guarantees longest life.

Laser pointer The ProMarker 300 has a laser pointer for setting up the work piece quickly and easily. It displays edges and drillings for example and thus saves set-up time.

The ProMarker 300 combines all the advantages of galvo high-speed marking at smallest footprint. It excels in its ergonomics and laser safety (laser class 2). The innovative DirectMark laser software acts like a printer driver, marking directly from any graphics, CAD or label printing software. This makes marking materials such as anodized aluminium, steel or even plastics easy and simple. Now you can mark components and promotional articles or produce your own type plates.

The pre-installed laser software acts like a printer driver and works with all graphics, CAD and label printing software. There is no need to learn a new software program: use your usual graphics software to create a design and send it to the laser using the print command. No convering or data import necessary, just print.

All of the settings can be easily adjusted in the print window. The material database contains a wide range of materials and allows you to add your own. Save frequently recurring jobs in a job queue.

The ProMarker 300 is particularly suitable for the economical marking of large quantities of small- to medium-sized parts.
