Structure

Wind resistance

• The high speed POCKET smart door is ideal for openings that require strong wind resistance. It can be provided with resistance up to over 200 km/h, based on the size of the door.

• Wind resistance, according to the EN 12424 classification, shown in the chart.

Motor gear

• Compact motor gear with electromechanical brake, 400 V three-phase, 50Hz, 0.55 kW, minimum IP54 with electronic programmer and three-phase power supply connection plug.

• The largest doors have more powerful motor gears and controls, 1.1 kW or 2 kW, or 2 motors.

• EVOLUTION is an economical solution for all high-traffic internal entrances. In compliance with the EN 13241-1 Standard. Self-repairing and long-lasting, made with special aluminium upright frames, sendzimir galvanized sheets and anti-tear polyester fabric curtain coated with PVC 700 g/m2.

• The curtain, reinforced with transversal fibreglass bars guided in the side aluminium upright frames, provides an excellent wind resistance. The fibreglass profiles are always under tension between the two upright frames in which they slide. The sliding system, featuring brushes, makes it possible to achieve a good air tightness and avoid thermal dispersion, with insulation between inside and outside.

• EVOLUTION is self-repairing and economical: if bumped, it comes out of the side rails and re-enters after it lifts up, minimising the repair costs.

• Safety rib unnecessary according to risk evaluation, since the pressure of the edge is less than what is permitted under the EN 12453.

• EVOLUTION can only be mounted “outside the opening”.

• AVANTGARDE is the best standard solution for all high-traffic openings and environments, in compliance with the EN 13241-1 Standard.

• Self-repairing and long-lasting, made with sendzimir galvanized sheets and anti-tear polyester fabric curtain coated with PVC 900 g/m2. In compliance with the EN 12453 Standard.

• It does not require wind resistance reinforcement bars because the curtain remains in tension between the two side upright frames along which it slides, which ensure its tightness thanks to a continuous retention system. Wind resistance

• The AVANTGARDE high speed door is highly recommended for its excellent wind resistance, and, above all, for its overall tightness along the entire surface, given that the curtain is sealed around the entire perimeter, particularly at the sides.


Motor gear

• Motor gear with electromechanical brake and electronic programmer, 230 V single-phase power supply. Electronic programmer with INVERTER to control and manage opening/closing, set speed, acceleration and braking.

• Crank device for complete emergency opening, operated from the ground, to be inserted in the motor gear.


• IP55 protection control panel pre-wired to the motor gear, with total open control (and also pedestrian for large doors), and emergency switch.

• WING is a practical flexible swing door, made with a galvanised steel structure, with a self-extinguishing transparent PVC panel, either 5 or 7 mm thick (based on the dimensions), suitably reinforced in the locations of highest stress, with spring reclosing system and fastening plates with ball bearings.

• Wing is also available in AISI 304 stainless steel with transparent PVC panel for low temperatures (-35°C).

Manual

• The door opens in both directions by pushing and has a spring reclosing system.

Semiautomatic

• The door opens pneumatically by means of two cylinders as soon as it is pushed in either direction. It always opens in the direction of the push.

• It requires compressed air at 4 bar.

Automatic

• The door opens pneumatically by means of two cylinders controlled remotely by any type of remote control or manual control connected to it.

• It only opens in one direction.

• Power supply: 220 V single-phase, 0,5 A.

• It requires compressed air at 4 bar.

Optional features

• AISI 304 stainless steel metal structure.

• Wainscotings and head sections in opaque coloured PVC, 9 mm thick.

• The screening of passageways with Linear limits thermal dispersions and/or acoustic emissions.

• The support is made of galvanised steel with a rapid fasten/unfasten system of the strips.

• The strips are made of transparent extruded PVC for both normal- and low-temperature environments.

• 180° oscillating with ends for fastening to the lintel or the wall available in galvanised steel or AISI 304 stainless steel.

Flexible strips

• Made of transparent extruded PVC for both normal- and low-temperature environments (down to -25°). Upon request, opaque coloured PVC strips are available for special applications (anti-UV barriers to avoid the passage of sunlight) partial or total overlap of the strips.
